Hi, I’m Delyan Eftimov.
I’m an independent researcher and governance framework developer specialising in peer-driven financial access. My work focuses on how referral-based systems can be designed, governed, and scaled within regulated financial institutions to reach underserved communities.
I have built and validated referral governance frameworks across 14 international markets, and my peer-reviewed research on consumer behavior, referral incentives, and financial services has been cited by independent academics globally.
I contribute to U.S. federal financial inclusion policy and am currently developing standardized governance infrastructure for U.S. credit unions and community banks.
