My name is Delyan and I am a product manager, user researcher, and passionate storyteller focused on building meaningful digital experiences at the intersection of technology, behavior, and design.

At American Express, I lead global strategy and product development for referral marketing across international markets. My role blends data, user insight, and experimentation to optimize journeys and unlock growth, all while keeping the human at the center. Over the years, I’ve launched product features and experiences that helped drive millions in revenue and improved how millions of customers discover, apply, and refer.

My background spans business, design, and technology. I hold a BA (Hons) in Business & Management from the University of Sunderland and have worked in fintech, startups, and global enterprises. I’ve helped build brand and go-to-market strategies for tech ventures, served as a marketing channel manager, and founded Sixmatics where I help companies in finance and tech to showcase their solutions through visual storytelling and product design thinking.

Outside of my career, I research consumer behavior and the impact of customer-centered design of digital experiences.
